I reached out to my contact at Dexter and based on the part number you provided you have an older mobile home axle that has an 86-1/2" hub face to hub face measurement, and 75-1/2" spring center to spring center measurement. They were unable to find the exact weight rating of the axle.
Based on the hub face length you need for a replacement we have the Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles - 86-1/2" Long # e45GR which has a 5200lb axle rating which would be a great choice. The spring center measurement on this axle is 71-1/2" but a local welder can remove the pre-installed spring seats and weld them on at the correct 75-1/2" distance to match your old axle.
This axle is compatible with idler hub # 008-213-9B, or hub and drum assembly # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K with braking assemblies # AKEBRK-7-SA.
For replacement U-Bolts, U-Bolt Plates, and nuts you will need the U-Bolt Kit # CE23003.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
