The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1314 is the one you need for your 2016 Ram 3500 Dually. This is specifically designed to fit either a 6-1/2' or 8' bed that does not have the OEM prep/puck hitch system in the bed.

The Center Section # BWGNRC920 that you found is for replacement piece for a B&W Turnoverball Kit # BWGNRK1020 that fits 2020-2021 Chevrolet/GMC Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD pickups.

Don't forget the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C56070 so that you can add a 7-way blade connector inside your bed. This will protect your tailgate from the wiring draging across it and scratching the paint. It also ensures that your cord is not damaged in case it is not long enough to reach the connector when making sharp turns.
