The center of the Curt EZr Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # C65HR will fit centered between your wheel wells and 47-7/8" from the rear edge of the bed/tailgate on your 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. The hitch includes a center locator for drilling a pilot hole through the truck bed before drilling out the 4" hole for the hitch.
Curt does offer their 4" Offset Ball # C602 and Curt RockerBall Shock Absorbing Gooseneck Hitch Ball # C67DR if you need the additional clearance or want to improve your ride quality while towing. They also have the Curt X5 5th-Wheel Base Rail Adapter Plate # C16220 if you will be using a 5th Wheel Hitch # C16541 to tow a 5th wheel trailer.
