This product replaces a wheel tray assembly "B" with grey wheel strap buckle for TwoTimer and FourTimer bike racks. You can find the pricing on this product on the product page.
If you have the "A" assembly the Replacement "A" Wheel Tray Assembly for Yakima TwoTimer and FourTimer Bike Racks # 8880796 is that you would need.
If you are unsure on which assembly you have, I have included two images to help you determine that. The "A" assemblies according to Yakima, have two bumps in the cut out, and the "B" assemblies have one bump.
