Question:
What is the size/thread type on the vacuum breaker/shower head nozzle? I would like to put an adaptor on it so I can also attach a hose for my tank flushing wand. Thanks for your help!

I had our warehouse measure the Vacuum breaker on the Empire Faucets RV Shower Valve w/ Vacuum Breaker # EM75PR you were looking at and it is 1/2" x 14 thread.
This vacuum port is designed for the Empire Faucets RV Slide Bar Handheld Shower Set # EM85PR to be installed, but as long as your adapter for the flushing wand you mentioned has the above thread it should work just fine.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
