Can you please tell me the extended and retracted height of this jack from the center of the weld-on pipe spud to the foot. Also, what is the diameter of the weld-on pipe spud. Thanks.

When the Pipe Mount Swivel Style Trailer Jack with Foot - Topwind - 15" Travel - 2,000 lbs. # DL22682 is fully extended the distance from the center of the weld-on spud to the foot is 29-3/4 inches. When this is fully retracted the distance is 14-3/4 inches.

The weld-on pipe has an inner diameter of 1-1/2 inches and an outer diameter of 2 inches. The diameter of the hole the weld-on fits in has an outer diameter of 2-1/2 inches.
