Hello , I need at least 12 inches between center of bushing to bottom of handle

I took some measurements of the Dutton-Lainson Pipe Mount Swivel Style Trailer Jack with Foot item # DL22682. The bottom of the handle sits right at 11" above the center of the mounting tube. This jack has our largest length between the pipe mount and the bottom of the handle of our pipe mount swivel style trailer jacks.
This jack has a 2,000 lbs capacity which will account for 10-15% of your total trailer weight.
