Question:

i have a 24 ft pontoon boat it has 4 wheels on trailer tire says 5.70-8 there 5 by 4.5 lug would like to replace them would this wheel and tire work?

Yes, for your boat trailer with 5.70-8 tires with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern you can absolutely use the Kenda 5.70-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range D # AM30155.

The white wheels on this combo will work with a boat trailer, but I do recommend considering the same option but with galvanized wheels. Reason is, galvanized wheels are going to offer you better corrosion resistance, which can be important for boat trailers, especially if they are used quite often. So what I recommend instead is the following:

- Kenda 5.70-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" Galvanized Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range D # AM30156

This is the same 5.70-8 tire and the wheel has the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern you need, but is more suited for withstanding marine use.
