The etrailer.com Hitch # e98849 is designed to fit the 2003 Silverado 1500 and 2500 LD models, so it will not fit your HD. However, I do have an alternate option available.
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13211 will have the same weight ratings of 6,000 pounds towing (10,000 pounds with weight distribution), and 600 pounds of tongue weight (1,000 pounds with weight distribution). This is also designed to fit a 2500 HD with 6-1/2 foot bed and will bolt on with no drilling required for the install.
