The Buyers Products Hitch Plate with Receiver Tube - Dodge/RAM part # 3371809067 is designed for 2007+ models. The only option we have for the older models is the Buyers Products Fabricators Hitch Plates like part # 3371809040 which requires custom fabrication i.e. drilling and welding.
