Is there a reese goose box that replaces a leland 7910?

I have a different option for you, but there is not a Reese Goose Box or replacement gooseneck pin box compatible with your Leland 7910.
Instead I recommend going with the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # CAB-C5G which will install on the king pin of your pin box and allow you to connect to a gooseneck hitch.
You will need to make sure your pin box is a standard, non cushioned/air ride pin box for this adapter to work.
