Question:
The website indicates that both the #C60712 hitch and the #C619-648 hitch will work for my 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500HD with a 6 1/2ft bed. What is the difference between the two?

Expert Reply:
There are actually a couple differences between the Curt EZr # C619-648 and the Double Lock # C60712. The visible one will be that the safety chains on the # C60712 are not centered like the ones on the # C619-648. The difference that is not visible is the ball. The depth of the pins that hold the ball in place are different between the two.
