Question:

I have 2 new Thule Pro Bars 70 on my 2019 Volvo XC90. My factory Raised Rails are only 46inch apart and I want to use it for my 2 sea kayaks right side up, hence the 70inch bars. They are attached to the vehicle with the Raised Rail feet. The bars came with 2 sets of rubber strips approx 1inch wide for the top of the bar and approx 11/16inch wide for the bottom of the bar to place into the channels. This leaves 1 channel rear open...and noisy. Id like to purchase 2 rubber strips to put into the rear channel of both bars. I measured the opening of the rear and bottom channel and they are both approximately 7/16inch wide. Are these rubber strips interchangeable between Thule crossbars? Will they fit on my crossbars as designed or are they just close enough? Do you have/ can I purchase the correct width 70inch long rubber strips for the bottom channel of my specific crossbars? Thanks.

We do indeed offer replacement rubber strips that are a specific fit for the underside of your Thule ProBar crossbars. They're available as part # TH67FQ. They measure 80 inches long and are sold individually.
