We do have a receiver that is custom fit for your 2021 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid as the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13900 is not going to fit your Camry. It is designed to fit multiple trucks, vans and SUV's that have a frame width of 31", 33-1/2", 35", 37-1/2", 39", and 41". The list of vehicles can be found on the instructions page which I have linked below.
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11576 is custom fit for your Camry and will work on your XLE hybrid trim. It will attach to a combination of existing weld nuts in your frame and Carriage bolts with spacers through other holes in your frame. This is a class I receiver that will only accept class I accessories and ball mounts. If you need help selecting the correct ball mount, bike rack or other accessory please let me know what you are needing the receiver for.
I do recommend installing a Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118763 when you do install the receiver. This will control the trailer lights if you plan on pulling a small trailer that has a 4-way flat lighting connector. It will also allow you to use a set of Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if your bike rack or other hitch mounted accessory will block the view of your tail lights.
