Question:
We just got this fancy fantastic Fan 7350 model in our new RV and it works very intermittently, mostly not. This is most frustrating. We have a fan switch on the wall in addition to the remote. It is sooo confusing. We don’t know how to reprogram it or anything. Please help us. We have had them in many RVs before but this is the most temperamental of any. Supposed to be the top of the line

I would be happy to help!
Starting with reprogramming the remote on your Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Remote - Powered Lift - 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" # FV807350 you will need to hold the remote 12" away from the fan while holding both arrows. The Auto and Manual lights will begin flashing immediately. Continue holding both arrows down until the seven LEDs flash once. After that it is now programmed.
If programing the remote does not change the issue with the fan working intermittently then I recommend using a circuit tester # PTW2993 to verify that you are getting 12v constant power to the fan.
If you are but the fan is still working intermittently then you will need to replace the control module using the # FV807359.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
