Hi, everyone, Steve here with etrailer. Today, we're taking a look at the InterVac Central Vacuum Toolkit. Folks, this has a 35-foot-long hose. You're gonna get a lot of other tools with it. One, two, three, four, five. Technically these two are one, but they're five individual, then six, seven, so a total of seven different things here, including the mesh bag.
Now, this is made to work with InterVac's Pro, CS, RM, and GarageVac systems, but it will also work with 32-millimeter inlet valves from other brands as well. So, if you have that size and this isn't the same brand, this potentially could work for you, but double check all your measurements, please. Now, this kit's gonna be a great replacement kit. Maybe you got some worn out, broken parts, or something like that over the years, this complete kit will give you everything back to new. If you're just missing a single piece of this, we sell all these individually as well.
You can find them separately over at etrailer as well. Now, I do wanna start off with the main floor one here. So, you have this base here, and then if you step on the top part here, that's gonna push down the bristles and the two wheels to help work better for those smoother floors. And of course, it can pivot when you're using it, and the extendable wand here goes with that. There's a button here you can push, and then there's lots of different individual grooves here, and that's gonna determine how far, how short you wanna go with that, and then that just simply pushes in, and now you can vacuum, you can turn the angle and everything from up here at your hand with ease.
Now, the other side of that, the vacuum hose would just simply pop into there like that whenever it's time to use that. And then from there, you have your crevice tool. It has a little slot on the side here. That way, you're controlling the suction and you're not just getting stuck down in there and everything. (attachment clunks) You have the soft horse hair brush, so if you wanna be gentle maybe on vents, electronics, those kinda things where you need a soft touch, that's a great option.
You have the two-in-one brush here. It's a little stiffer horse hair, but it does a great job. And what's neat about this being a two-in-one, you can simply slide the brush part off and now you have a handheld brush. Maybe you need to get something a little tougher and get some stuff loosened up before you finish vacuuming. That's a great option. And then of course, you have the hose here. 35 feet long, and it doesn't look that long, but basically, it's super, super stretchy. Four inches here, turns into about two feet, more or less. I didn't measure that, but you get the picture. And then, of course, on this end, at the handle here, you have an open and close valve here that's gonna help you control the suction. So, maybe you want a little lighter suction for whatever reason. Maybe you got something on the end of your connection and you want to not finish sucking it all the way in. You can quickly open that, let the suction die down, give you enough time to shut it off or get stuff out of there or whatever before it gets sucked all the way inside. So, a great little kit. And then, of course, again, you get the nice mesh bag included, and everything here fits nice and neat inside the bag. Now, again, if you have most of these InterVac systems, the hoses do store on the major ones like the GarageVac systems and those, so you may not need this bag, but it comes with it. It does have two little grommets stitched in the top here or pressed in, and then you could just hang it from like two hooks or two nails or something in the garage or on your wall.
