Will this #BLTL-20 coupler lock fit an auto-locking boat trailer coupler for hydraulic disc brakes? The trailer is a Continental model # A2485B-8500.

I may have another option for you, but the EZ Lock Trailer Coupler Lock # BLTL-20 you were looking at is only confirmed to fit the Bulldog Collar-Lok Couplers so it will likely not work on your surge brake actuator.
I looked up your Continental Model A2485B-8500 trailer and to lock the surge brake actuator you will need the etrailer Surge Brake Coupler Lock # e98888.
