There will be no trailer coupler latch repair kit for an Atwood Trailer Coupler 88555 which is discontinued. Unfortunately, the only option is a full replacement for which I recommend the Demco A-Frame Trailer Coupler part # DM14793-81. This coupler can be bolted-on once you cut the old one off and it doesn't require the handle to be open while coupling.
