How do you attach these? How do you use them to hold your bike? They came with my carrier with no instructions. Thank you

If you look at the bottom of the frame cradle (see pic I attached) you will see what looks like a rectangular rod connected three times to the bottom of cradle. You will need to take the Replacement Anti-Sway Cage # 853-7758 and slide the open end of the top of it onto that rod and the straighten it out to lock it into place.
This is an anti-sway device for your bike that will attach with a strap like part # 853-5834 to the frame of your bike to secure it so that it will not move.
