My 08 Chevy Colorado has a factory 7 Blade receptacle how do I wire in a brake controller

Your 2008 Chevy Colorado is wire for a brake controller like the Prodigy P2 part # 90885 that you referenced but there is no port under the dash as there is only blunt cut wires present for wiring directly to the brake controller.
