If you change the polarity will the fan be changed from exhaust to intake without damaging the electronics?

Changing the polarity of the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-06401K would likely burn out the circuit board. The # MA00-06401K is designed to move air out of your trailer when the vent cover is open or pull air in and circulate the air inside the trailer like a ceiling fan when the vent cover is closed so you won't have to worry about reversing the polarity.
