The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e23ZR and Curt # C13416 you were looking at for your 2019 Toyota RAV4 are very similar in the fact that they both have the same ground clearance of roughly 10", and the same capacities at 600lbs tongue weight and 4000lbs trailer weight.

The main difference between these two hitches is the powder coat finish. The # e23ZR has a matte black finish to better blend in to the black trim on your vehicle, where the # C13416 has a gloss black finish.

Due to that minor difference I recommend the # e23ZR, though you cannot go wrong with either option.

To complete your towing setup you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # C56434, and a ball mount.
