I want to use my 2016 Kia Forte with a tow dolly behind my RV. Do I put the car in park and lock the steering wheel when on the dolly?

From what I found in the owner's manual, to tow your 2016 Kia Forte on a tow dolly, you need to turn the ignition switch to accessory. Then you would put the vehicle in Neutral and release the parking brake. I would advise you to check your owner's manual to see if there are any additional steps you need to take.
If you need a tow dolly I recommend the Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly with Disc Brakes - Foldable - 4,800 lbs # DM9713045. I recommend this dolly because it folds up, making storage in garage possible.
