Are these the correct air bags for my 2015 F-150 with a 4 inch lift? If not, which air bag will work?

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57385 will fit all models of your 2015 Ford F-150.
While this is a good kit I recommend using the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Springs w/ Internal Bumpers # AL88385 as being the better option for a lifted truck. Typically lifted trucks like to go off road more and flex their suspension. These bags have internal jounce springs that will help absorb shock in the suspension.
With either set you will need an air spring spacer since your F-150 is lifted. First you will want to determine if your 4" lift that you have lifted the rear 4" or 2". It is common that some 4" lift kits only lift the rear 2" and the front 4" to level the truck without any weight in the bed.

I recommend using the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000EZ with your air bags. This system allows you to wirelessly control the air pressure in the air bags with either the included remote or via your smart phone with the Air Lift App. You will not have to worry about monitoring air pressure with this system as while you are driving the smart compressor will maintain your pressure settings to within 3 psi.
