My spring is over axle. I need to raise the trailer. 2018 triton. 3 inches. Could I use blocks?

I do have an option for you, but we do not recommend using lift blocks on trailers due to movement/damage they can cause overtime in trailer suspension.
Instead since you already have the spring over the axle I recommend using the Correct Track # RR23QX which will allow you to raise your trailer by either 1-1/4" or 2-1/4", and are easy to install as they just bolt on to your existing hangers.
