The Global Link RV Baggage Door Slam Latch with Keyed Alike Option - Black - 1-1/2" Thick Item # 295-000015 was designed to fit a cutout of 3-1/2" x 3-1/2". If this matches the cutout in your door it will work. Looking through Global Link's catalog I wasn't able to find any that latches that matched your 0293454 latch which means they most likely discontinued it and pulled any info on their site about it so your best option is to replace the door latch based on the cutout dimensions.
