  Hi Phil; the Deluxe Compartment Door Key Lock # 37200155 does not have a keyed alike option so you would have different keys for each lock. What you can use instead is the Replacement Cam Lock for RVs # BA56FR which can be keyed alike. Make sure you choose keyed alike from the drop down menu before adding them to your cart. These measure 7/8" long x 3/4" diameter and fit 5/8" diameter cutouts. You can measure your fresh water tank door to see if they will fit.

These types of locks are typically not able to have the cylinder replaced as they made other models like the 16801-01 which used their KeyOne system and allow for cylinder exchanges.
