Question:

will the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13394 fit the 2021 Lexus RX350L? will it not block the kicking sensor?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13394 you were looking at is indeed a confirmed fit for your 2021 Lexus RX 350L. However, if you have the aluminum rim spare, it wouldn't work as this spare is too wide. This hitch will partially block the hands free lift gate sensor, but it will still be useable. You will just need to place your foot on either side of the receiver and move it in an out until you find the sweet spot of the sensor. After doing this a few times it will become second nature as to where to place your foot.

With this hitch there will be minor trimming to the underbody trim panels and not to a visible part of the bumper.

If you are planning on tow a trailer with your RX 350L you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # C56217, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
