How do you gtease the bearings and how often is this needed to prevent mishap on the road?

The Malone Low Max trailer has a removable hub, so you'll be able to pull it to access and remove the bearings; we've actually done a helpful video that walks through the process of removing, inspecting and re-packing your bearings. This is recommended once per year or every 12,000-miles; whichever comes first.
I've also linked our helpful article on the process that gives some helpful links to replacement parts that you might need if you need to replace the bearings or don't have a Bearing Packer # ALL647646 or bearing grease like the Prime Guard Wheel Bearing Hi-Temp Red Grease # L11380.
