I see your AA2090161 is the size but only has 4 pegs missing the center one! Why is that and do you have the exact replacement available?

Actually, if you look closely the # AA2090161 has 4 pegs and a center pin used to align the step. Aries tells me that the # AA2090161 is indeed the proper replacement step for their 4 inch wide oval step bars.
I've provided a photo showing the dimensions of the pad and the layout/dimensions of the mounting pegs, so if those dimensions match up with your existing step pad, the # AA2090161 would fit perfectly.
