Question:
I have a 2007 Beaver with a 2000 BTS-B fan. I was switching from auto to manual control of the vent fan when the motor housing broke and only one screw was holding the motor in. I removed the motor housing and the screw handle came out but also a small washer like fell out of the unit. I am wondering if there is a motor replacement part that I can into the old unit or if the entire unit needs to be replaced?

Your Fan-Tastic roof vent is old enough that we don't have the individual part you are looking for so the best option we have would be the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent Assembly Upgrade # FV807357 which would replace what you have with the current Fan-Tastic powered lift setup with a fan.
