I reached out to the manufacturer, Rapid Switch Systems, who said the Side Bars for Rapid Switch Systems Pro Sport Racks # RS89FR measured 66 inches long.

Adding these to your Pro Sport rack will add 300 lbs of weight capacity to the rack, but they cannot be cut without sacrificing functionality.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
