This setup is built to handle serious gear. The 59" heavy-duty crossbars are made from lightweight, structural-grade, extruded aluminum for maximum strength and durability. With a 220 lb capacity, the system easily supports ladders, conduit cases, cargo baskets, and other heavy accessories for trips or work projects. The stainless steel tracks have an anti-corrosion coating for long-term reliability in the elements.
The dual-channel RTC-style tracks give you freedom to position the crossbars exactly where you need them. Each track measures 63" long and mounts securely with T-bolts. Once installed, the Quick Mount legs slide along the tracks so you can adjust your bar spacing for different size gear or multiple attachments. Pivoting bases offer 33 degrees of adjustment to keep the bars level on uneven roof surfaces.
You don’t need tools to get this rack on or off once the bases are installed. The Quick Mount legs drop into place and lock down with internal triggers — slide them apart to secure or squeeze them together to release. When the bars are off, precision-molded inserts snap into the bases to keep out dirt and give a clean look. Locks in the covers let you secure everything in place for peace of mind when you walk away.
Each bar has a top C-channel that accepts Rhino-Rack heavy-duty accessories and carriers. Rubber strips inside the channel help cushion your load and prevent slipping while you drive. Because the bars can be cut to fit track-mounted accessories, you can tailor your setup for kayaks, tents, cargo boxes, or work equipment without changing the system later.

Rhino Rack a great product! I should have bought it years earlier.

Works really well! Easy install, had to drill some holes but no issues with leaks. Great price from etrailer site as well.
Haven't had a chance to use it regularly yet but it looks good on the truck. Assembly instructions were good although they could have been a little more detailed. Fortunately etrailer has a video. So far I approve of the product.
Super strong, locking, works great & I have the most comfortable camping rig as a result!
Roof rack was an excellent purchase. I did purchase a 3rd rail for extra support. I have a rooftop tent and a 270 degree awning that mount to it. My apologies for the delayed response. Thank you for delivering it in a timely manner. It arrived just in time for my trip.

The Rhino-Rack roof rack worked out great for us. The install was straight forward and was easily done by one person, me.
We used the rack to mount two J type kayak carriers that held two Perception Pilot kayaks and drove from the Seattle area all the way to Cabo San Lucas, including going through some wind storms in California.
Everything preformed perfect.
Really like the rack, has hauled lumber, bikes, etc. overall solid, and strong. The tabs on the foot broke recently, that would be my only complaint. Overall solid and would buy again.

I have yet to install on my topper. first impressions is the rack system will do just fine and for the cheaper cost of the product compared to other name products the quality is good.

My truck top already had Thule tracks from the factory. The Rhino rack installed into the existing tracks with no problems. The instructions were clear and intuitive and the whole process took about an hour.
