The reinstall the rear cover on your 2021 GMC Acadia you will need to trim the cover for the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76023. A 3" x 1-1/2" section must be removed for the cover to mount, I have included a picture of this. Once trimmed you will be able to slide the cover back into the mounting tabs and secure it with the factory hardware.
The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118276 is a 7-way blade plug and play wiring harness that I recommend installing with the receiver. The Draw-Tite receiver already has a mounting tab for the 7-way to mount.
