Question:
I have few questions. I have a 2019 Winnebago 2455BHS travel trailer that came with the 2 bolt frame mount bumper. I need to know if the part # MO34VR works for me or if the Item # MO22FR is better, they seem the same based on the description. Also, I was looking to mount a 3 bike rack 1UP brand on the bumper of the trailer. Item # UF35-946402 Not sure which one is better or if you have another suggestions for me. Bike rack is about 70 lbs and the 3 bikes are a total of about 80-90 lbs

I would be happy to help!
The only difference between the Mount-n-Lock Safety Struts # MO34VR and # MO22FR you were looking at is the hardware used to attach them. The # MO34VR uses nuts and bolts where the # MO22FR uses self tapping screws.
Since both have the same 400lb load rating I recommend going with the # MO22FR as it will be the easiest to install.
This will allow you to use the Ultra-Fab 2" Motor Home Trailer Hitch Receiver for 4" x 4" Bumpers - 3,500 lbs # UF35-946402 you were looking at to carry your 70lb bike rack, and 80-90lbs of bikes with no issues. One thing to keep in mind is you will need to make sure the bike rack you are using is rated for use on a travel trailer.
If it is not, then I recommend going with the Swagman Trailhead RV Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches # S63381 which can accommodate 4 bikes weighing up to 35 lbs each and is rated for use on a travel trailer.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
