Does 24x60 etrailer Enclosed Carrier Tilt and Come with Sides and Top

Question:
1. The description states the rack can be tipped back to allow opening the hatch of the towing vehicle but the photo only shows it tipped with the bottom portion. Can you confirm that the fully assembled unit tips back? 2. Do you know whether tipping it back allows the rear door on a Jeep Wrangler to open? 3. The photo of the parts appears to have the base and sides, but not the top. Is the top also included? 4. The description recommends optional reflectors but that part number is a light kit. Do you have recommended reflectors for this item — or are they even needed? Thanks a lot!

Hey Matt, so the etrailer enclosed carrier part # e54VV does tilt back with the hinge that is built into the shank of the carrier. Jeep Wranglers have rear doors that swing out so I would not anticipate this being able to tilt enough to fully allow the rear door to open.
The top and all sides are included with this.
For reflectors you'd need something like the part # 465-4K.
