Are Diodes of Curt Universal Tail Light Kit part # C63CR Designed to be Replaced

Question:
Are the diodes replaceable, should one go bad? If they can be replaced, do they unplug and plug back in the harness in some manner? And where on the harness are the diodes located?

The diodes of the Curt Universal Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # C63CR that you referenced were not designed to be replaced. They are very reliable though so it's not something you'd really need to worry about. They are under the black wire loom.
