U have 2 different wiring harness to add 4 flat trailer plug. What the difference and what is preferred?

There's only one wiring harness confirmed to fit the 2021 Kia Seltos. It is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C89KR.
If you haven't yet decided on a hitch, I'd recommend the US made Curt Class I hitch, part # C65FR. You will also need a ball mount like # C45521 and a trailer ball like # A-80 for a 1-7/8 inch or # A-82 for a 2 inch ball. You'll also need a # PC2 hitch pin.
