Question:
How can I determine whether I already have the factory towing package, and if not is there a plug-n-play harness that I can purchase and have the computer module flashed if needed by the dealer? Thanks

You can determine if your 2020 Ford Transit 350HD XLT DRW you will need to check under the rear bumper for a black connector. If it is not behind the bumper check around the spare tire.
Chances are that if you do not have the connector installed, that you do not have the factory tow package. You can also call your local Ford dealer with your VIN and they will be able to tell you every option you vehicle has.
If you find your Transit does not have the factory tow package then the available wiring options are the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness w Brake Controller Adapter - 7 Way Trailer Connector # 22116 if you are needing a 7-way connector, or the # C56327 if you need a 4-way connector.
The # 22114 you were looking at is only for the SRW models.
Both of these connectors will be plug in play, but you for the # 22116 you will need to make a few connections still to get a fully functioning 7-way connector.
I included installation videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
