If the recessed well that the gooseneck ball sits in is at least 15 x 15 inches square and no greater than 5 inches deep, then yes you can use the # RP85FR Reese Goose Ball 5th wheel to gooseneck hitch adapter. The # RP94720 model you'd looked at is compatible with Lippert 1621, 1621HD, and 0719 OEM pin boxes and has a 20K capacity.

The Goose Box will work just fine on truck with a standard bed (as opposed to a flat bed).

If your OEM pin box isn't on the list mentioned above, you'll be better off using Demco Recon 5th wheel hitch, part # DM8550046. The Recon will require that the recessed well that the gooseneck hitch is set in measures greater than 22 inches square. The top of the gooseneck ball can't be any lower than 13/16 below the level of the truck bed.
