What is the correct grill number for this exhaust and are they available?

The replacement grill assembly for your Ventline V2065 vent is the VC0325-00 but it has been discontinued along with the V2065. You may be able to find some new old stock by searching online but I was unable to find a place that had one in stock.
Your best bet is to go ahead and replace the vent with the Ventline Vanair Trailer Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - 6-1/4" Diameter - Smoke # VP-543SP which is the closest replacement option. This vent fits a 6-1/4" diameter opening in your roof, and extends 3-1/4" above the roof with the vent open.
