Question:

I have a 4x4 2005 f-150 lariat super crew 5.4v. Will this kit fit? I believe the 4x4 trucks came stock with a spacer block under the rear spring pack. This block has a nose on it that lets the factory bump stop still function. My question is will this kit fit around that nose the circled object in the photos.

Yes the Air Lift Loadlifter 5000 Air Helper Spring Kit # AL88200 you were looking at will fit your 2005 Ford F-150 Lariat Super Crew 4WD with the factory bump stop arm.

As you can see in the included picture, the lower bracket will get installed just above this arm.

This kit has a 5000lb load leveling capacity which is perfect for towing a trailer, or carrying a heavy payload in the bed of your F-150.

To keep from having to manually inflate the air helper springs each time before towing or carrying a heavy payload I recommend adding an on-board air compressor. I like the Air Command Compressor System w/ Light Duty Compressor # F2610 which allows you to control the air pressure in the helper springs with your smart phone.
