I have another option for you, but the # TIRCV515 you were looking at is only confirmed to fit select International Trucks CV Series trucks and will not fit your MV series truck.

Instead for your 2020 International Trucks MV Series you will need the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TRED001 as long as your truck does not have air suspension, which I confirmed with my contact at Timbren. If your truck has air suspension then there is not a suspension enhancement option available.
