Does the Exhaust Need to be Modified To install the Draw-Tite 75549 on a 2020 Sprinter 2500?

Question:

can this be easily installed with a rear exhaust as attached. I see one pic that someone did install it, but looks like they might have cut it? We have a v6 3.0 diesel 2020

I can definitely say the Draw-Tite # 75549 will fit your 2020 Mercedes-Bens 2500. It also looks like the stock exhaust will not need to be modified for the install. I included an install video we did on a 2016 Sprinter for you to take a look at as well. There was no trimming or anything required and did just bolt right to the frame.
