I have a 2022 sprinter with the extended bumper will this hitch fit 75549?

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75549 fits with the standard bumper on your 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500. The only alternative would be the factory step bumper, which works with the Draw-Tite # 75601.
I'm not quite sure what you mean by "extended" bumper, but if you don't think it's the step bumper just let me know and I'll help you look further into this!
