Axle spacing. 35" center cap to center cap. leaf spring width. 1 3/4. Axles are 8000LBS. How much for the kit minus the equalizers.

The Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-657-00 is a universal suspension kit but you will need to confirm a few measurements on your 2008 Jayco 5th Wheel to ensure a proper fit. First this kit is only designed to work with double eye leaf springs that are 1-3/4" wide.

The equalizers in this kit are designed to replace equalizers that are 7-3/4" wide for the short equalizer and 8-3/8" wide on the long equalizer. They are 2-7/8" tall and use shackle straps that are 2-1/4" from hole center to hole center. The maximum axle weight rating is 8,000lbs for this kit.

If your dimensions are different please let me know what you have on your Jayco and I can help you to determine if what you have will work or if there is a different kit that will fit.

We do not have one specific kit available without the equalizers, but we do have all the parts you will need for you to replace all your bolts with wet bolts. You will need 3 of the Dexter Heavy Duty Suspension Upgrade Kits # K71-358-00 to get you started. If your equalizers do not have Bronze Bushings # D014-077-00, or they are worn you will want to replace each of those as well. Finally 4 of the Wet Equalizer Bolt with Locknut # 126B2 can be used to provide a wet bolt at the equalizer hanger if your equalizer does not have a grease zerk like the Dexter E-Z Flex hanger do.
