Hey Kevin. For a Dexter 89-3 caliper you'll want to use the Dexter Semi-Metallic Disc Brake Pads - 6,000 lbs to 8,000 lbs item # K71-629. This kit includes four brake pads and mounting hardware to replace one axle's brake pads.
