No, the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plates - 2" RV Mount - 6K Item # e44ZR is not able to be used with the Adapter for Jeep D-Ring Bumper Mounts to Roadmaster Motor Home Mount Tow Bars - 3/4" Thick Item # RM-035 or Adapter for Jeep D-Ring Bumper Mounts to Roadmaster Motor Home Mount Tow Bars - 1" Thick
Item # RM-035-1.

You would need to use a Roadmaster tow bar like the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000lbs Item # RM-520 for that application.
