Cannot find key for side entry door and no key code in site. What would be a replacement lock set?

While I do not have the ability to look up the part number for a door latch on your trailer, I do know that the most common of locking door latches can be replaced with the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch, # 295-000019 (black finish). It is a direct replacement for original Global Link, Bauer, Lippert Components, Fastec (FIC), or TriMark standard entry door locks. This installs into latch cutouts that are 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall to 3" wide x 4" tall. Use # 295-000002 for polished finish, or # 295-000021 for white.
