Question:

I have a Featherlite 8.6x24 enclosed car trailer. GTW 9600 axles 4800, rims 16x6JJ and ST235/85R16D tires. I would like to upgrades at least the rims, but maybe the tires as well to Aluminum. What do you recommend? Thanks.

When it comes to choosing between aluminum wheels a lot of it has to do with what kind of style you are looking for. It helps to make sure it has the correct width and bolt pattern as well.

I noticed that you asked the question from the product page for the Westlake ST235/85R16 Radial Tire w 16" Bobcat Aluminum Wheel # LHAXSO513B. I would say that this is a premium option that you would be very happy with. The wheel has a lower weight capacity of 3,960 lbs but that would be more than sufficient for your 4,800 lb axles.

This combination has a 1-year No Excuses Guarantee and also comes with complimentary roadside assistance for 2 years. If your RV or trailer has a flat tire, call the help line and a technician will come change the flat for you. You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year from anywhere in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico.

We do have this combination that comes with a Bobcat wheel that has black accents with part # LHAXSO513B. This has the same exact design just a slightly different color scheme.

If you are just looking for the wheels then take a look at the # LHSO513B.

I have linked our selection of wheels as well as tire/wheel combos for you to filter through.
